  • WHY IS IT BETTER THAT I ORDER MY PET A DAILY DABBA FROM PETFEAST, RATHER THAN ME COOKING IT MYSELF?
    At Pet Feast we strive to deliver nutrition-rich, fresh food for your pets daily. Our founder has done a course in canine nutrition and ensures every meal is customized to suit your pet's daily needs keeping it's age, breed and activities in mind. We prepare fresh food daily and have it delivered to your doorstep in time for your pet's meal.

  • SHOULD I CONSULT MY VET BEFORE I SIGN UP?
    You can if you want to, however, we would like to point out that all our recipes are curated in consultation with some of Pune's leading veterinary doctors. Since you fill up a form of your pet's details when you sign up for our services, we ensure the meal is customised to suit your pet's dietary needs. Fill the form here

  • WHAT ARE THE OFFERS AVAILABLE?
    We can customise a meal delivery combination for you, keeping in mind- the number of dogs you sign up, the duration you sign up for, age and breed of your dog, etc. We do have offers on longer subscriptions and our trial meal is absolutely FREE.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS MIDWAY?
    Yes you can, however, keeping in mind that we are a small enterprise, we may need to check if your new address is within our delivery range too. We can always work something out no doubt.

  • IS THERE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?
    Six days a week, the food is cooked and prepared by 7.30 AM and ready to be delivered between 9 am - 10.30 am. On Sundays our delivery kitchen is closed however we do bake birthday cakes even on Sundays as we understand that every birthday is special.

  • HOW CAN I ORDER A CAKE/DESSERT FOR MY PET?
    You can connect with us directly on +9197666644687 a minimum of a day in advance, to ensure you get the sweet treat of your choice for your pet. (Currently in Pune only). We specialise in Non-vegetarian as well Vegetarian cakes. Link to Cakes and Special Occasions.

  • CAN YOU ORGANISE A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY PET?
    Definitely! We have organised multiple bark parties and pet birthday parties in the past. All you have to do is contact us on +9197666644687 and let us know when and where, and we will organise the rest, while you enjoy your pet's special day

  • CAN I EAT THE PET FOOD TOO??
    We ensure we use 100% natural and fresh ingredients with no added additives in our pet meals. So, if you are okay with saltless and sugarless food, we are okay with you eating it! Just as long as you don't judge our cooking skills based on your pet's customised daily daba from Pet Feast.

  • WHAT DETAILS DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE FOR THE DAILY MEALS?
    In order to give your pet a nutritious meal fit for it's age, breed and activity levels, we need you to fill out a short form(form link) telling us the basic details of your pet, such as, it's age, breed, medical history and any preferences your pet might have.
